This site provides general information, not emergency care, legal advice, or a substitute for an individualized clinical assessment. Services are available only when a clinician confirms fit, consent, licensure, and that you are physically located where the clinician may practice, including Florida when applicable.
ESA documentation is not a guarantee
An emotional support animal (ESA) evaluation is a clinical service, not a registration, certification, or guaranteed letter. An ESA is not a service animal under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); ADA service animals are generally dogs individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability. Housing and other accommodation decisions are made by the relevant provider or authority. Payment does not determine a clinical outcome.
Clinical care and confidentiality
Clinical judgment remains independent. The clinician may request more information, recommend different care, or determine that documentation is not appropriate. Client records and privacy are handled under applicable law and practice notices. Confidentiality has legal and safety limits, including certain reporting, court, and serious-threat circumstances.
Telehealth and emergencies
Telehealth requires separate informed consent and appropriate technology and location. This practice is not an emergency or crisis service. If there is immediate danger, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or call or text 988 in the United States.
Disputes and your rights

Any optional arbitration agreement must be presented separately, in clear writing, and cannot waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Nothing here limits your right to make regulatory or professional-board complaints, pursue eligible small-claims matters, seek injunctive relief where available, or use any non-waivable remedy.
Updates
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. These terms do not create a clinician-client relationship; that relationship begins only after the practice confirms it under its intake process.
