Clinical evaluation and judgment
Clinical judgment and evaluation decisions (including emotional support or psychiatric service animal evaluations) are never delegated to AI. A licensed clinical social worker conducts every assessment and makes all clinical determinations independently.
Privacy and confidentiality
We do not feed your protected health information (PHI), session content, or sensitive health intake into public third-party large language models or AI tools. Confidentiality is a core priority of our secure clinical platform.
Administrative use
We may use AI-enabled tools to support strictly operational tasks, such as accelerating the development of this website, drafting general educational content (which the clinician reviews), or improving the general formatting of practice resources. These uses do not involve client data or interaction.
Ongoing transparency
If the practice ever adopts specific clinical-drafting tools in the future that integrate with the electronic health record platform, any such tool would operate within HIPAA-compliant Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), and you would be transparently informed.
